What are your opening hours?
Customer service is available on weekdays from 7:00 to 17:00. Our webshop is open 24/7. Read more about our opening hours here.
How fast will my order be shipped?
We normally ship stocked products the same day if the order is placed before 2 p.m. CET. Delivery time depends on shipping method and destination.
Which shipping options do you offer?
We offer several shipping options with UPS and FedEx. Available options are displayed at checkout and are adapted to the order’s weight, size and delivery address.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow the package all the way.
Which payment methods can I use?

How do returns and exchanges work?
To make a return, you create a case with us. You can do this via your order confirmation or through your order history under My Pages.

What do I do if an item is out of stock?
