Products and compatibility
How do I know if the part fits my Volvo excavator?
You can search by model name (e.g. EC140, EC250EL), original number or serial number. Our parts pages show exactly which machines the part fits.
Do you have parts for older models from the 90s or early 2000s?
Yes, we do! We have spare parts for both new and older Volvo models - even for machines that are no longer in production.
Do you offer original parts or alternative brands?
We offer both genuine parts and quality compatible alternatives. Everything is clearly labelled on the item page.
Can I order specialised parts that are not in your range?
Yes, you can. Contact us with the model and original number and we will check availability through our suppliers.
Delivery and ordering
How quickly will you dispatch my order?
Orders placed before 2 p.m. CET are normally dispatched the same day.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you can. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can also track your delivery on My Pages > My purchases.
Payment and returns
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay by PayPal, card,or invoice (company).
What happens if the item does not fit?
You have a 14-day return policy. Please contact us first and we will help you with the returns process.
How quickly do I get my money back on a return?
Normally within 5-7 working days from when we receive and authorise the return.
Do you offer a warranty on spare parts?
Yes, all parts have a minimum 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated

Yes, you can. Our product specialists have many years of experience with construction machinery and are happy to help you.
