Returns
Do you want to return a product you regret buying or that was delivered incorrectly, or claim a faulty or damaged item? Is something missing from your package?
You can choose to create a case for the entire order or part of the order (selected item line).
There are three different ways to create your case:
- Via the Order Confirmation
In the order confirmation, there is a link to our return and claims page. Click on the link 'CREATE CASE' and create your case by selecting the relevant item in your order, specifying the quantity, and filling in the reason and other information we request. - Via My Pages > My purchases
When you are logged into your account on olssonparts.com, go to My Pages > Order History, find your current order in the order list, and click on 'CREATE CASE' on the far right of the row in the Returns and Claims column. This link will take you to our return and claims page where you can create your case by selecting the relevant item in your order, specifying the quantity, and filling in the reason and other information we request. - Via Customer Service
