As a private individual, you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. This is in line with legislation from the Swedish Consumer Agency that makes it easier to cancel online purchases. Read more at the Swedish Consumer Agency.

Do you have an account with us?
- Are you logged in?
- Go to My sides → My orders and select the order you wish to cancel, then click Create a case.
- Not logged in?
- Use the link above, but you must log in to access your order. Then click on ‘Create a case’.
Don’t have an account?
Open your order confirmation email and follow the link within it to create a case.
