Fill in the form and click Submit cancellation request. You do not need to wait for approval – the right of cancellation applies from the moment we receive your request. You will receive confirmation both on screen and by email. We will then get in touch with the necessary return details, such as the address, a waybill and instructions on how to pack the goods.
Please note that the goods must be returned within 14 days of you notifying us.
