If you thrive in a workplace where you're allowed to develop and encouraged to take your own responsibility and initiative, it's easy to stay. Marie knows this; she started at Olsson Parts straight after upper secondary school, that is, around thirty years ago.  
 – I started in the warehouse but have for many years now worked in purchasing, a job I enjoy immensely.

Marie has her permanent workplace at the Stenungsund office but often brings her work to the head office in Ellös:  
– I appreciate being able to choose. Several of my purchasing colleagues are based in Ellös. Digital department meetings work excellently, but it's always nice to meet in person and sometimes absolutely necessary.

More than 30 years with the Olssons, then…?
– Yes, who would have thought it when I started in the warehouse as a fresh graduate. But thirty years in the same place says quite a lot about what the workplace is like and that you enjoy it, doesn't it?
