Senior technichal adviser

In the summer of 1990, Tommy started at Olsson Parts.
– Back then everyone did everything. I took customer orders, picked and packed and made sure customers got what they'd ordered.
The order basis was a handwritten note, and if you put it down on some shelf, you were done for, laughs Tommy, who later was among those who computerised the entire order-handling system.

With an employee number as low as thirteen, it goes without saying that you've been through a fair bit. Tommy has been involved in the purchasing side and has sat on both the board and the management team. During the 2000s he became product manager and, as such, helped create what for about a decade now has been the heart of Olsson Parts' product and quality control; Olsson Parts' own workshop.
– Fantastically enjoyable years. 

Today Tommy is back in the product group, but now as Senior technical advisor and overall responsible for the internal training at the company. He still steps into the workshop sometimes:
– Variety is good. It's probably thanks to all the different tasks I've had that I've stayed so long. It's never boring at work.
